Volunteer with Cheryl's Place
Help a family get back on their feet.
Cheryl's Place runs on volunteers. Whether you have a couple of hours a month or want to take on a longer commitment, there's a role here that fits.
Where You Can Help
No experience needed for either role — just a willingness to share your time and your story. We provide training and a full library of prepared mentoring material.
Family Mentor
Ongoing commitment. Weekly meetings with a family during their stay, plus participation in intake and exit.
Client Family Case Manager
Ongoing commitment. Weekly check-ins with a family for the length of their stay, coordinating their mentor meetings and walking with them from intake to exit.
Social Media and Public Relations
Help tell Cheryl's Place's story and build community awareness and goodwill.
Maintenance and Repairs
Keep our facility safe, functional, and welcoming for families.
Fundraising
Help secure the resources that keep Cheryl's Place running.
Board of Directors
Help guide the mission, strategy, and long-term sustainability of Cheryl's Place.
